Our structure is constituted of a General Assembly, made up of representatives from every district and target group we serve. The General Assembly elects the Board of Directors which serves a 5-year term. The board provides strategic direction to the organisation, governance support to the Executive Director, ensures continuity, and safeguards the interests of beneficiaries, donors, and partners.

The General Assembly meets every five years to review work carried out by the organisation, the strategic development plan, resource mobilisation plan, and budget.
The Board appoints the Executive Director of the organisation, who is assisted by a management team consisting of the Finance and Administration Manager, Finance Manager, Evaluation, Learning and Research Manager, Senior Programmes Manager, Director Strategy, Resource Mobilisation Manager, a Resource Mobilisation Committee, and support staff in different departments.
The Resource Mobilisation Committee is comprised of representatives from each department of the organisation plus 3 distinguished senior citizens of great repute, passionate about advancing the cause for peace. The senior citizens are appointed on merit by the Board of Directors.
The Resource Mobilisation Committee, among others, advises the board on any fundraising matters, ensures effective reporting and accountability for donor funds and partner gifts, steers the growth of the Institutional Endowment Fund through prudent investment activities, and reviews the Board's policies and other documents related to fundraising, and recommends new or revised pertinent information/materials.
